Thanks Kaz for a wonderful hair experience right from the beginning with the complementary tea/ champagne and biscuit, the hair advice/ the red wine/ the head massage and the great cut and colour. The service was great and all the staff were very helpful. Jack cut my hair beautifully. I will definitely go back.

Had my first visit last week at Kaz and i was totally blown away. Not only was it awesome service but after years of not being happy with my hair, Carmel has given me the best style I've ever had. Can't go wrong with the massage basins ;) thanks to all the crew at Kaz. See you in a month!

I felt embarrassed after leaving this place.
Embarrassed that I was completely overcharged and when I tried to speak up about it I was spoken down to by the salon owner.
Embarrassed that I was charged $110 for a trim... A TRIM! And apparently that is justifiable as I have longer hair and was served an alcoholic beverage and a tiny bowl of pretzels.
After speaking to others, I discovered a friend was charged $60 to have her child's hair cut here.
I now remember why I avoided this like the plague after my first visit when they first opened in Brighton.

I love going to Kaz to get my hair coloured, the team there take extra care to make sure that I get the best treatment, care and attention. I love that they don't try to force product upsells on me. I was blown away at the opulence of the hairwashing basin area, unlike other salons I was a bit sad to learn that my hair wash experience had come to an end. Memories of strained neck muscles from the basin are just that from now on, memories.

They say you only get what you pay for and this is true. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in your salon. You not only had a lovely lady Catriona doing my hair (which turned out amazing), but you gave great service and made me feel special. The atmosphere with the music and visuals and detail to customer comfort puts you above the rest. I will definenitly be going back.

First time at the hair dresser last Saturday and I will definitely be back. Attention to detail and they spoil you rotten. Definitely worth the visit even just for the massaging chairs!

I know of and been a customer of Kaz hair for over 15 years. This salon has always offered a professional, up to date, yet relaxing environment. I have never walked away un satisfied ever, and I would say I am pretty hard to please. I especially enjoy the fancy cuppa and cookie, wash basins with massage chairs in a darkened area away from prying eyes..oh and of course the videos of relaxing destinations helps relieve stress. Kaz Hair never leave me in he lurch with after cut care offering excellent advise to manage my style. A wonderful service
