I have used KB Conveyancing for many years. The staff have always been so helpful and organised, communicating clearly and efficiently, providing on point advice and information. I always have great confidence that everything will go smoothly when Kathy is presiding over one of my property transactions - and it always does. I recommend them to everyone.

I have used Kathy and her team for the third time now. For both purchases and now the sale of one of one our properties. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none and she will fight hard for what you are entitled to when it comes to all the negotiations and issues that may arise from other parties. Will continue to use her and her team on all future property matters.

I recently sold a property at Wheelers hill through KB Conveyancing of Glen Waverley, which was recommended by the selling agent.

I found the service provided by KB Conveyancing to be very valuable. I had no real issues or hassles at all. From the outset until the settlement of the property -- the entire process went quite smoothly without any Major Dramas, so to speak! I was kept well informed every step of the way until the settlement.

In my view the two ladies (Kathy & Elsa) who handled all the Legal documents during this process were professional, competent and handled the matter well. I found their Fees/charges to be fair/reasonable too. One fixed price covered Everything until the final settlement. No hidden surprises, no extra charges... and no gimmicks!

During this time I had several queries from time-to-time which was promptly attended to via email/phone mostly by Elsa (who I found was very efficient in these matters too).

The only other comment I have here is that -- Kathy seemed to be rather impatient and rushed over the phone and in my personal experience/view that's the only area perhaps which deserves slight improvement. But apart from that I have nothing but praise for the way that KB Conveyancing have handled the entire settlement matter for my property.

As a satisfied client I therefore give 5 Star Rating to KB Conveyancing and would recommend them with pleasure!

We had a very bad experience with KB Conveyancing. I won’t recommend their services to others. My sister and me bought property together and the settlement was 60 days. We asked so many times about how much money we needed to prepare before settlement, we didn’t get our answer till like one week before settlement date. They made so many mistakes on documents, we had to check everything and correct for them as well, some mistakes are big!! When I went to office personally to hand in signed paperworks ( even with made an appointment 1 week ago), they didn’t even know we had appointment!! Called office and asked questions, no body could give answers!! They are slow and inefficient, pay careless attention to details. The whole process was not pleasant and caused us so much stresses. So I won’t use their services any more, even it’s free!! I wish I could NOT give them even one star.

BARRKING orders over the phone. Very rude and condescending. Would not listen to anything I had to say. She would shoot from the hip and continuously made statements without first checking the facts! Horrible and unprofessional phone and email manner!

Hi,i am writing to let people know about Kb Conveyancing.I am a developer and buy and sell houses all year. Without a doubt Kathy is the best conveyancer i have ever dealt with. Very direct ,firm and i always know where i stand.I have used other companies before but the expertise and communication is by far the best.I wouldn't trust any one else. A very satisfied custermer who will always use KB.

I did my whole settlement via email after a referral from a real estate agent. No complaints as they got the job done, we settled and I paid them for the service. In terms of professionalism, it could be improved as some of the emails between the conveyancer and the bank sounded a little unprofessional.

This is a small conveyancing firm run by 2 ladies. Their rate is reasonable but not low compared to other conveyancing firm. The service provided is very poor. And the client is not allowed to just go to their office and they would threaten to charge for their time. If you send them email asking questions, they would be impatient. And they will very often mention about charging extra for their works. So, I will never recommend anyone to use their service.
