I have bought several pets from Kellyville pets. While I think they are really too expensive, I understand that the pets bought from here will be healthy and well adjusted. The cost is just incredibly high.
The bird room is fantastic. There is now plenty of parking and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

The service from their friendly staff was better than most other stores i have been to, however the prices could be alot more competitive if they wanted them to be. If you want knowledge and experience, they seem to be winners, but if you want good prices then go elsewhere.

Great range of products, HUGE store, lots of animals and staff, although they are very expensive and the staff do try and push you to buy expensive and all the accessories, and talk you into more and more stuff (I assume they work on commission).

I have visited Kellyville pets on several occasions and find the staff friendly and hospitable. It is great to have a pet shop in which you can take your own pets in to ensure you buy the correct sized product for them so helps take the hassle out of guessing.

Kellyville Pets is a great place to get the knowledge and the guarentee for all pets big or small. They have very knowledgeable staff that love to help. They offer classes to teach you how to best care for them and keep them Happy.

I have bought my exotic parrot at Kellyville pets. The service was by a boy I thought was still in school, but he was friendly and very knowledgable. He gave us room to go away and think about the purchase. It was disappointing however, how much they were charging us for a bird with a previous owner and some bad habits. We do love our little darling lots though. Kellyville pets also offered a free 3 hour course in Parrot training. Pity it's on a Sunday.
The renovated shop is very neat and tidy making for a better shopping experience. There is also plenty of parking now and staff to service customers. There are plenty of animals here.

Heaps of Range- Refurbished interior. Offer a replacement Fish Guarantee . Prices are good and heaps of staff to assist. Rewards programs also offered.

We have purchased 2 hand reared birds from Kellyville pets and although we loved them dearly,one cockatiel passed away very young and was also mistakedly sold to us as a male and turned out to be female. The budgie I paid $80 for as a hand rearedmale also looks like it may be female and was quite vicious. Not a great track record.

Large shop, is currently under renovations so the future may be better. Some of the staff is quite helpful, just lookout for the school kids just earning some extra money - not very helpful. Has an extensive range of pets and pet care needs.
