I will never hire this company for plumbing purposes again. I was so shocked at the charge made to me for, at the most, five minutes work, I had to question the accuracy. The plumber was adamant that that was the price. As a pensioner I asked for at least the 10% discount as offered by most services but that was not even a consideration. Later I phoned alternative plumbing companies to ask what their charge would be for the same small work and it would have been half that as charged by Kellyville Plumbing. I learned a hard lesson. Next time I will ask for a proper and confirmed quote, not a flippy ' on the road ' version.
