Totally disagree with this comment. I personally went to these 2 shops to look for kitchen tiles.
Price -Both tiles have the exact same design and size (and both from CHINA.. come on, we all know that), but ended up Kevin’s tiles charge ~$7 more than Kentwood.

Quality – Friend has bought some tiles from Kevin’s shop as Kentwood doesn’t have stock for it. Guess what? She accidentally dropped a bowl on to the floor, and now there is a crack on the tile.

Service - Another friend bought tiles from Kevin’s and he has recommended his own tiler to my friend. Ended up the tiler never clean the grout properly. Poor friend has to sacrificed their weekend to clean it.

I am just lucky that I heard all these stories before choosing tiles for my 1st new house.. if not, I reckon I will be one of them, regretting now!

I bought tiles from Kevin, got a good price and I'm happy with the tiles but, their customer service is scary. He seems very angry all the time and if you ask a question he doesn't like his body language is very off putting. Happy with the tiles, but not happy about the feeling I get dealing with them, so not so sure about repeat business, good customer service is sometimes worth paying that little bit more.

I bought tiles from those 2 tiles place they both got ad and disad. Both tiles have different desigh and sizes.However, i got tiles from those 2 places and the tiles from kevin's place does better quility and surface that kind of staff. The tiles from kendwood not last long have to keep more careful to take care with. Services- they all roughly the same,and kevin supply me a tiler as well which worth to try.By the way, Kendwood does very expensive kitchen set up as well. oh gosh i went there they gave me 15000 for a kitchen they i been other place exact same is 8000 exact same sort of staff.I got Friend has bought some tiles from Kevin’s shop they really happy with it.Cleaning problem= I got tilers from 2 places which obviously kevin's does much better job even though cleaning problem on both. not offesive,just pass by and telling my story.!
