Decided to check out the new (A)Lure after their reno which was done quite some time ago. We walked in and was surprised by the finish very nice and stylish. We sat next to the window over looking the new reno'd pool which was very nice.

The choice of dishes was not massive but more then sufficient. We had the seafood platter between the two of us and it was delicious, the only thing was one of the deep fried prawns was a little underdone.

Nice place to dine, not for the people on a tight budget as the steak main was $105 WOW

As an investor with a few properties I had a few property managers over the years some good, some not so good. A few years back I came across Elevate while having lunch near by their office so I thought I would go in and review their fees. The fees seemed pretty standard and I found that the more properties I added the higher the discount, I also got referrals should I recommend friends to them.

So I thought I would put one property through them and from the start it was just so easy. They are prompt, great communication, they keep you up to date with your investment and most importantly they actually pay on time if not a little earlier, fantastic as an investor...

Well I now have all my properties through them and am in the process of putting my own place up for rent through them as I relocate for work interstate.
