My husband and I went for what we hoped would be a pampering massage - what we got instead unfortunately read as a 'what not to do' manual: 1. Dodgy location, which should have been an indication for what followed! 2. When signs displayed indicate for clients to turn mobile phones to silent, one would not expect that the service's own phone ring at full volume during a treatment. 3. No paperwork to fill out, which seemed really unprofessional. 4. The massage itself felt like it was being given by someone who didn't really know what they were doing. 5. We were in a double room and the therapists were talking to each other during the treatment.

All in all, the experience was wildly disappointing - I suppose I was expecting more of a high quality day spa experience - not the clumsy, unprofessional experience we did get.
