Very well manored with a great sense of humor. Very thorough tradesman and has expert knowledge that saved us loads of $$$. My 90yo mum said she would have him back if she needed an electrician any day.

I booked Keysbrook Electrical without seeing these reviews & im really pleased I did as I might not have done if I had.

We had a new light fitted that was a big job with the roofing panels coming off etc and the actual light was a very important family heirloom. It looks perfect and we are very happy with it.

We also had several power points replaced, new light switches, RCD replaced and a breaker switch added, new light installed outside and aircon unit connected.

Not only were we extremely happy with the end result of all the work done but we found Keysbrook Electrical friendly and reliable and a reasonable price.

We will use them again without hesitation and will recommend them to friends and family.

DON'T DO IT! Terrible service. Very rude person incredibly bad temper - ends up with wires hanging out and faults everywhere - never comes back to finish job after many calls then abuses you because work they did wasn't done properly? Just couldn't say it enough - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS.

WORST PERSON WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND TEMPER VERY RUDE. Doesn't turn up for appointments with no notification and when they do it is 4 hours later with attitude. If they did less talking and actually turn up when they meant to they might actually get some work done! If you want the work actually finished and not taking weeks and weeks and weeks DO NOT USE THEM. In the end we had to get someone else to fix and finish the terrible work they did.

Definitely one of the worst people I have ever dealt with. I still have wires hanging off my ceiling and everything unfinished. Have tried to call them back to finish the job 20 times but no call back to me. If you want to waste money here's where you do it.

The rudest business i have ever had the misfortune of talking to. Very unprofessional.
