was just here on a holiday with my family' plenty of chairs, staff were very polite and definitely added to the wonderful experience

Fast & courteous staff, great taste, close to work and home. Clean tables & chairs, always plenty of room to sit and enjoy the view of the broadwater.

as busy as the other kfcs, average quality of services and food. nothing very special to say. not to bad generally

Pretty good quality for KFC, service was a little slow but it was busy at the time. overall i will be returning to this place

This experience is always pretty good, its hard to beat KFC's chicken and burgers with all those herbs and spices. Good service, good prices.

This particular KFC store is not a very productive one. I always stand in a queue for a long period of time (up to 20mins at times). Often the service counter will have one or two team members serving with too many team members out the back. The food quality varies significantly each visit, sometimes I throw away my food - I would go back to complain but I generally would have to deal with someone who seemingly has no ability to manage a situation, aside from the 15minute wait.
