They are a disgrace Ordered our dinner which didn’t all arrive when I rang management at Miranda KFC they said it was door dashes problem but they did the packing said you can re-order and it was only gonna take 50 more minutes for my daughter to have her meal Can you have a restaurant would’ve rushed the 3rd out straight away will never ever go there again

We called in for a snack here and the tables were all dirty .had wrappings and food over table,although no one was eating there at this time-2 girls were behind counter talking about some boys?we walked out and went elsewhere to eat?

Ok. Where do I start.

I have been to this KFC branch twice. I live in the area so its natural that I would just go to my local.

The first time I ordered a dinner box.

I was famished that day and really felt like that 'finger licken good' experience so I waited in line very patiently while the customer in front complained that there was a mix up n their order.

Once my order was completed I couldn't wait to sit and attack my meal, first bite into my chicken I thought this tastes really weird so I looked down at my piece of chicken and saw that it was raw.

My second experience was a little less horrific. I ordered an original fillet burger, but lucky me ended up with no mayonnaise.

Time after time I go here for a quick bite to eat.. I go through drive through and numerous times I have had food missing.. The manager is great, always offers a free meal on next visit, which is appreciated.. In store is quite dirty, i prefer drive through and then eat at home.

Grotty and tired toilets, yes!

I only go here every so often when I'm in the mood for some fried chicken but don't want to deal with the crowds inside the Westfield. Not the star in the KFC fleet of shops, that's for sure.

I only use this outlet occasionally as it is close to home. Have had many bad experiences with quality and waiting times, seemingly run by inexperienced management as often service is very slow with minimal customers waiting and often have run out of products. Ordered meal at 7pm last night and was told no chicken- the batch had just been put in the cooker and had 20min wait. Staff attendant seemed confused as to what to do next- prepared to wait and he just looked at us. Ended up going elsewhere- probably wont go there anymore if can help it. Often have untidy and greasy eating area- even when restaurant is empty of customers.
