Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff member accusing me of taking my whole order when i was only given half my
order and another staff member knowing that i only received part of the order and she went to solve the situation by giving me the other part of the order and she was told to go to the back and the manager took his time to deal the situation which he made me wait nearly an hour to check the camera's which in the end i was right about not receiving my whole order he seen on the camera's that half my order was taken by another customer the manager end up making my whole order again as half my order was cold from waiting around he apologised several times and gave me a $10 store credit i did not receive apology from staff member that accused me which i find very rude the whole situation could of being resolved better. I think the manager on duty should have more staff helping at the front of the store especially when staff members are new and still need guidance and also on weekends as it gets very busy because there were plenty of satff at the back of the store that were constantly talking to each other and not working no wonder orders were taking so long to be served and orders were not given or taken by the right customers.

We thought after our last disappointing experience with Pagewood KFC back in May this year we might give it another chance just incase their customer service has possibly improved since then and the staff can finally get an order right. Well to our disappointment, this time around was even worse than the last. The staff member was talking to a co-worker and giggling as we were attempting to order our meal. The worker was so rude that we decided and actually informed her that we no longer wish to proceed with out order due to her disgustingly rude and unprofessional behaviour towards us as customers of Pagewood KFC. What makes it even worse is that I have lodged an official complaint with KFC head office shortly after this incident and a week later has received absolutely no human response besides the automated confirmation email. There is absolutely no way that we will ever go there again, no more chances for Pagewood KFC
