Long wait and unprofessional staff

One of the best KFC around. Food always cooked well and tastes freshly cooked. Not as greasy as others. Staff always friendly and helpful. Store kept clean

Better customer service when compared to maccas next door, foods good for what it is and the service is always consistent.
Always welcomed to the store, something other places dont say when ordering.

Have been to this KFC probably three or four times, and haven't experienced any of the problems others have outlined. Mind you, we were there out of peek period, so perhaps that had some impact.

Food was tasty, and we didn't have to wait very long for our orders to arrive. Restaurant was clean, and staff top notch. They were friendly, but not in that fake, forced way one sometimes encounters in customer service. Very natural.

We were concerned about the noise - the restaurant being so close to the highway, but, once inside, that wasn't a major problem.

Warmly recommended.

Poor Overall. Restaurant is very Dirty. Wrappers left in dining area. Chicken was very dry. Service very slow and immature. Could do with a major clean up. Worst KFC I've ever visited!

This is one of the worst kfc's I have been to - forgetting to put stuff in, absolutely disgusting potato and gravy and all together terrible, rude service.

There food is usually pretty good. The time u have to wait can some times be a little long. The customer service has always been good but I find there food is a little over priced compared to other fast food places.

Dont eat here that much last time we came here service was slow, restaurant was a bit messy and they forgot some of our order.

KFC is always good in terms of their burgers, esp the zinger menu, but the service usually can be better as the staff are too slow and don't serve with care. They also use plastic bags for takeaway without boxes inside but overall good.

This KFC has prompt service and a clean dinning area. However the burgers are always lacking the ingredients - like very little lettuce and no mayonnaise. The chips are more often than not cold or recooked.
