Theyve moved some items form their menu which was dissapointing, but the remaining menu is consistent well proced, customer service varies - when wanting to pay they dissapeared.

customer service is non excistent, delivery drivers are rude and dont follow instructions, trucks damage your front landscaping as they seem to be very careless.
Ask for help or for information and its treated like your asking for their first born, really need to lift their game.

waiting times can be long during busy times, onsite pathology tests weekdays and saturdays, some good doctors who really take care to diagnose your ailments, friendly nurses who are very patient.

arrived an hour late with no apology or phonecal to tell me theyd be late.
Knocked and damaged the items being moved.
Took 3 hours to arrive to the drop off destination, I made the same trip in 90 mins.
Couldnt speak very good english,a rgued with me and assaulted me when they changed the agreed price.
Spoke to their boss and he was no better.

Of all the movers ive ever used these are by far the worst Ive ever had to use.

Distingly rude staff, made to wait 5 minutes in drivethru after the previous car just to place my order, wasnt greeted just asked "what did I want" money was snatched out of my hand, customer service is pathetic they need to retrain their staff that the customer is king and customer service entails actually delivering service to customers.
