Very unimpressed with many things in this store. Firstly, they RUN OUT OF CHICKEN. Yes, they do. Also when you order their chips, you're lucky if the box is half full, and when you complain, they get annoyed like it's normal to pay for something and receive half the amount.

I would have to agree with you here. It must be one of the KFC's Ive had the most problems in as well. I was told once that when I got the chips home that they had shrunk in the box? as I was told they do this? I have found the chicken a little gressier if that is even a word?
I have found though, when I rang to talk to the manager about this problem I did get a refund. So it did help to talk directly to the manager. :)
