Worst customer service ever!
I have worked in customer service all my life and have never been treated so badly!
I went in to the store to make a purchase and went to the counter with the item I wanted, the lady that served me said she would get me the item from the back in a box, I purchased the item. When I went to gift wrap the item as it was a gift for a friend, I opened the box as I was going to put another present inside the jewellery box I had purchased and it was not the pattern I had wanted , I went back to the store and they flat out refused to allow me to swap the item for the one design I had wanted! I did not not want my money back - I had my receipt and Ijust wanted to swap it for the one I had wanted but the owner flat out refused! I will never go back there and would never recommend anyone to shop there!

A beautiful shop full of lovely gifts and cards, the staff are extremley pleasant and helpful, and I am never disapointed when I visit!
