I'll stick to the facts, after speaking to 2 salesmen we were assured that our trade in vehicle met their terms and conditions for minimum trade in. While negotiating the price we were told this isn't the case, their manager had informed them otherwise, unable to show us the terms and conditions for minimum trade in we kept with negotiations and agreed on a price.

Upon picking up our brand new car, I noticed a sizeable dent and scratches in the paint, across two panels, no explanation offered accept that these things can happen.
We have been offered as much as a full tank of petrol upon return of the vehicle...

I went to this dealership for a car service after a horrible experience with a different KIA dealership. Hoppers crossing had convenient 24 hour drop off, i received a text message to notify me that the car was ready, open Saturdays and professional dealings with representatives. More expensive than a regular mechanic who could do the same job but it was no surprise that the Kia dealership would charge a premium so met expectations on the value front.

I will never be going here for a new car again. I sent my husband off to have a look at a new car. As he was getting a new one for his birthday and liked the look of one of there 4x4s SUV. So when he was their he had to find someone to ask if he could go for a test drive they were all just standing around doing nothing but talking to each other. So he went for a test drive and was impressed with the car. So he wanted to talking pricing and he told them that i will be doing the finance. So they said OH we cant talk to you then about deals. Best for your wife to come in and talk to us. So i went in and they promised we can do this interest rate, And we will throw in all these extras seems it is a birthday present for your husband, So i had to wait half the day in their before i was allowed to do my finance and once i was in their i felt un easy and very uncomfortable . I told him the interest rate we were promised and he said okay. Once it got approved and i was going through the contract i saw they had slapped on a extra 3.5k in fees for the application then they also gave me a interested rate 4.5% more then promised it was ment to be 8% interest which was promised then they changed it to 12.5% with out me knowing until i read the contract. Which added on a extra 300 a month in repayments. I didn't sign the contract and got my deposit and went else where which stuck to their promises. NEVER AGAIN will i EVER go back to KIA Werribee
