I placed an order on Dec 4. Website stated Christmas cut off for orders was Dec 6 and that orders would be dispatched within 1-4 days. After 5 days I made contact as I had recieved no shipping advice. I was told nothing had been dispatched yet and that I should wait another day, and then the consultant said to allow 10-17 business days for shipping once dispatched which is well after Christmas, despite ordering before the cut off period. Consultant advised someone would be in touch in 24 hours, I heard nothing. Made contact again the next day. Was advised someone would make contact within 48 hours. At this point I'm unsure whether my item has been dispatched or when it will be. There is no phone contact for the company, only Web chat.
Not only did they "miss" my order and send it out 13 days late, the boxes were sevely damaged when they arrived. I payed over $600 for a trampoline and delivery, to receive something that I couldn't use.

The trampoline is sent in a box to protect the item, the box is not a part of the present it is for protection. A case was opened with the manufacturer and we responded to your email on the 18th of December and asked for you to provide images and part numbers for any damaged or missing parts. Please respond to our email directly.
