This place is disgraceful. We are new to the area and decided to give it a go but we will never go back. The place is dirty, cold and completely lacking in kid friendly atmosphere. The facilities are in desperate need of replacement including the main "soft step ladder" that goes up to the first level of play equipment is almost unusable. The puffiness in the steps is gone and they have completely collapsed; even I had difficulty climbing it as I supported my daughter up the slope as she couldn't get a foot hold.

On the other side there is another ramp with soft foot buttons used to climb up but there were 3 missing and the timber frame below was exposed, I could even see one of the heavy duty staples still attached to the timber.

There were also stale chips and food bits scattered throughout the playing equipment as well as films of heavy dust on most if the out of bounds areas. This place hasn't been cleaned for ages.

I was disappointed that the food was late at my nieces birthday party, they decided to close earlier than the sign indicated and kicked us out even thought the children were still playing, the play equipment had not been clean & was extremely dusty (not good for people with allergies)

I was disappointed in the lack of customer service we received while having my sisters birthday party there, when asked where food items etc after waiting close to 40 min was told she had sent staff home thinking they wouldn't be busy, yet there was 3 other party's on, and she was run of her feet,

my daughter attended a party here, it was good for her it tired her out however the younger children's play area could use some attention,one particular staff was fantastic however the rest left alot to be desired. did get very pricey but my daughter enjoyed it. i daughter go there regularly but once in awhiles not too bad

We have been to what feels like a million parties and the kids have an absolute ball but I probably wouldn't choose to come that often. It can work out quite expensive, very noisy for adults and the staff have never been over friendly. Good for parties and a treat.

This is a good activity for children, however there areas for smaller children are not as good as others in the area. It can become expensive by the time you pay entry for multiple kids and for food. It is still a good way to wear the kids out!
