Staff were extremely helpful & comforting towards myself & my 87mnth old baby, after we were nearly trampled by a group of disrespectful teens outside the shop, the staff were fantastic towards us & showed concern which was amazing, I felt so welcome, I did proceed to by from the shop as I was extremely grateful & thought it be appropriate to support a local business. the staff are just amazing :)

the staff are very friendly, however depending on who you see for waxing not all waxers are of the same skill level, some hurt more than others. obviously they have all been trained differently but it shouldn't hurt anymore than the last wax. once finding the right person to wax it was a great experience and I was looked after tremendously, I continued to attend whilst pregnant & the quality of care just increased, I didn't feel like I was just another number, the waxer actually remembered me & what was happening in my life from the last time I seen her.
the only criticism I have is pricing, prices could be a little bit cheaper.

My 4 yr old daughter had her tonsils & adenoids out earlier this year, what an excellent experience we had, the doctors and nurses were amazing and cared so much about there patients, would highly recommend compared to other hospitals.

What an amazing experience for the hole family, from the walks & tours to the safari ride, it ticks all the boxes for fun & education. would highly recommend to anyone :)

All the staff are incredible at what they do, service & food are impeccable. I am a regular here for work meetings and the staff are so helpful & wanting to meet tour needs at all times.

Food & coffee was amazing, Customer service was amazing, very child friendly, my family & I were very impressed with everything there & would happily recommend to anyone :)

We purchased the VIP passes for our family & used them every weekend the park was open, was extremely worth it & the kids had a ball, will be purchasing another VIP pass this year :)

I was disappointed that the food was late at my nieces birthday party, they decided to close earlier than the sign indicated and kicked us out even thought the children were still playing, the play equipment had not been clean & was extremely dusty (not good for people with allergies)

Smiths were extremely helpful from start to finish, they still gave us quality customer service even after receiving our money. Would recommend them to anyone :)
