Really unhappy. Tried to order a jug of juice which was on the menu only to be told they only do glasses not jugs even though it was clearly on the printed drinks menu. Went to order a banquet only to be told banquets stop at 8. It was 7:58. Really rude and poor customer service. Food really average, large special fried rice would be considered small anywhere else. Will not be going back.

Another gem in Kilmore, this town has some pretty good food. Fast service from a friendly team, the food has always been great and never has been bad at all.

There customer service is not of high quality and the food can be good on some days and not so good on other days. Very dark environment, not somewhere i would rush back to eat

It is a pity they don't consider their customers more. We have eaten there before and thought we would return. Rang them today [Monday] and booked a table via their recorded phone message.

Turned up only to find they do not open on Mondays. Nothing on recorded message to say that and nobody responded to our booking request. Very poor customer service.

Their loss as Kilmore Trackside open and meal excellent. Will go there in future as I don't believe in giving consideration to those who do not return it, regardless of the quality of their product. Lost us Kilmore Palace.

There is no thing to rush back about, compared to other Chinese Rest. They dont even put much in there special fried rice, We bought an extra large container and it counted 8 peas in a X-Large and it was mainly just plain rice, Very Upsetting when you pay good money and get not what you have order... It is NO SPECIAL FRIED RICE I would call it plain rice with peas.

There's a great atmosphere inside - the staff are friendly & it's always toasty warm in winter. However the food isn't good - it's the experience of eating out that makes this place.

Food is average if you compare to any other Chinese restaurants. No problems always great staff and friendly attitude. But seeing this is a restaurant there is nothing to recommend about this one

Excellent food here. A great relaxing restaurant with helpful staff. Fast service. BYO. We've visited here many times, birthdays, anniversaries, and mothers day. Also have a great Take away service. The kids love the special fried rice!
