I strongly recommend Kim du florist. The staff are very helpful and the flower arrangements are beautiful. I have been a customer years.

Do not go here! I received the worst service! After purchasing a balloon that started to deflate by the time I walked to the car I then received every excuse under the sun. I was first told that I hit the flowers and the worker had seen me do this, however at no stage did I touched or pick up the flowers. I was then informed there must be hole. When I said, where, I am holding it and cannot hear or feel any hole. Both the female and male worker were very unhelpful and actually proceeded to laugh at the situation (SO UNPROFESSIONAL!). After leaving the creepy male worker then followed me outside to my car to which he waited watching my every move till I drove away before returning inside the store! There is a clear lack of professionalism and desire to give helpful customer service.

PLEASE NOTE: I INSIST THAT YOU INSTEAD GO TO J & K FLORIST LOCATED NEXT TO MT DRUITT WOOLWORTHS. NOT ONLY DID THEY HAVE A LARGER AND NICER RANGE OF FLOWERS, BALLOONS AND OTHER GIFTS THAT WERE SUBSTANTIALLY CHEAPER AND BETTER QUALITY, BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BOTH INVITING AND HELPFUL!

I've bought flowers from here to buy for valentines day and other occasions. The flowers here are beautiful. They also have bears and flowers in a set as well as other decorations with them as well for all sorts of different occasions.
