He has no pos and he asks for pay ID or cash. I'm going to report him to the taxation department. I was going back and forth for a month till he had my alterations done at the end I had to take half of the items back not fixed. Very poor customer service.

Excellent work in shortening my new jacket sleeves from the shoulders! It was an expensive navy jacket with 3 buttons on the cuff. I could never have achieved this result!

Extremely poor service. Dress was lost and came back very dirty. Did not finish the job in time so had to wear unfinished bridal gown at my wedding!! Very stressful. Doesn't take any measurements or use pin lines, just estimates. Nice person, but takes on far too many jobs so he cant possibly make deadlines.

This place is a gem! Reasonable turn-around time on work and it's all excellent quality, and at a VERY reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

this little shop in gungahlin is very helpfull, he does not charge much to alter and does it very quick, you tell him when you need it by and he does his best al usually has it done. the guy is very friendly, always take my jeans to him.
