The prices at Kim Wang's seem to have been getting better and better. The fantastic green vegetables at the front of the store are much cheaper than any other market, and there are all the lovely usuals. An Adelaide institution!

This is a pretty good asian supermarket. I have shopped here quite a few times now and have always had a positive experience. The prices on the food is pretty good, and it has always been good quality food. They have a good range of products and I have always been able to find what I am looking for

Since I started shopping at Kim Wang's, luckily there seems to be far more staff whose English is good enough to be able to point me to the right products when I can't find something! I used to wander the shelves looking, but now I can ask :-) so don't be afraid to get the cashiers to point you in the right direction.

The variety of food here is so fantastic, and some things are quite cheap. But, like the western supermarkets in the city, Kim Wang's can be more expensive because of the location.

If you want the super cheap asian supermarket experience, you might want to look around. But when you're shopping in the Market, which is so cheap and such a pleasurable experience, Kim Wang's is really convenient.

My favourite things to buy: chinese cooking wine and some sesame oil (with garlic and butter together they go so amazingly on vegetables as a side dish).

Good Asian Supermarket. Located right before the food court. Quite large with many nations foods covered. They have a small section of Asian vegtables with a few herbs namely corriander costing next to nothing. The setup tends to be a bit crowed and chaotic at the checkouts but its worth putting up with for such great range and prices. I get corn tea from here that I have trouble finding anywhere else. Most of our sauces are stocked from here and always something unusual to give a go. There is a small meat section, it all looks good, fresh etc but have never tired any of it.

Just as the other reviews state, it is a great place to get Asian stock, but most importantly Asian candy, it has Sugus, Hello Panda and lots more.

This is one of the best known Asian grocery shopping place in city. Very good value and very good quality. Here i am not saying that their service is bad,but during peak hours, they are in fact lack of service.

Approximate cost: $20-30

I agree with you, during peak hours their service is not great. If you are confused about the location of things and you wanna ask questions, there is no staff around to ask. But they are good in term of stocks, they have lots variety of things.

Great place to shop for Asian grocieries. They have a range of CHinese, malaysian, thai and indian foods, spices, sauces, snacks etc. Reasonable pricing as well.
