Don't be fooled by the google and trulocal review. They are identical from 2 different people with only 1 review.

I enrolled my first born there and was only there for 4 weeks. I had to pull her out losing the bond and all as I was extremely unhappy with their services.

hmm...where do I even begin.

There website has been under construction for 3 years!

They seemed lovely when we first met them and I was desperate to find care for my daughter as I had to return to work. I had other centres lined up but was on waitlists. Even though I started searching before I gave birth, I still had no centre to go to when my daughter was 9 months old.

Room leader in babies room was ok. After a couple weeks. The centre constantly had temp staff in babies room and the room leader just didn't how up. I thought, she must be sick. Ok, only temporary, no biggie. (mind you, we weren;t told about carer situation, whether she was sick, who the temp was etc )
2 weeks past and the room leader still didn't show, I got concerned. I went to pick up my daughter really early once as I missed her so much. I found that more than 20 babies/toddlers were in the same play area supervised by 1 lady, the in house chef. (This centre is run my a family. The teacher/director is the owner and the chef is the mother of the owner.)

I was shocked, and thought , maybe they are just really short staffed for today. NOPE, it happened again.

A few days later, I noticed less and less children attended the centre. ( Now I am really concerned)

So we spoke to the owner/director/teacher. She explained that the babies room leader is on extended sick leave and she is in the middle of filling the position. hmm. I asked why weren't we informed. She was speechless. We later found out she left without giving notice as she was unhappy at the centre, we found out she was already working at a different centre. So we were lied to!

I also found out that they were in trouble with the food authority for cleaniness. hmm scary.

One day my daughter saw me and starting crying! And she was being fed a meal at 3pm! The chef/mother was feeding her and I asked why is my daughter being fed now. She replied, baby is hungry. My daughter is not a big eater and only has lunch and rarely had afternoon tea. I suspected that she was not fed at lunch at all.

Also, I saw my daughter eyeball was red like being poked (had a burst capilary) I asked them what happened. THey didn't know! Great child care centre.

At teh initial meeting, we were also told that chidren would not be allowed to watch tv. That's why they are different from the rest. yeah right. THere was another time when I picked up my kid early, and guess what they were all doing in the babies room? Watching tv!

It should have rang alarm bells when I was told the centre is locked and needed to buzzed in. I was stupid enough to listen to their crap.
