Service average, I’ve been here a few times now and the staff seem like people just doing their work rather than trying to keep people coming back, Ambience very bright lots of white lighting ..

This is relatively new to Geelong and we stopped by on Boxing Day after hitting the sales I the city. This is a great place for a quick lunch. We both had fish and chips (flat head tails and flake) with a salad (you order the fish then a side of chips and salad). The quality was excellent, size was average and service very good considering how busy it was. Would recommend this place and I'm sure its in for the long haul.

What a great discovery this place today! Truly had one of the nicest fish in a long time.

we ordered a pack for 2 consisting of 2 good size flakes, 2 dims sims, 2 potatoe cakes, 2 calamari rings, chips, lemon wedges and tartar sauce presented on a sea shell- that cost $28

lovely restaurant, with modern decor, just order at the counter, and there is a table with napkins, cutlery, water and glasses so you can help yourself.

staff were absolutely lovely, very friendly and welcoming. one particular lady ... came running to help hubby and I with our pram, as we were going up 3 small steps. I thanked her for being so helpful! such great service.

King George Fish and Grill isn't a regular fish and chip shop. Their store set up is a lot more up market, and there are a few seats if you want to eat in. They offer more expensive types of fish, and different sides including various salads, stir fry, chips and garlic rice. I got atlantic salmon with garlic rice, and it was amazing! It was $12.50 for the salmon and side. It's more expensive than normal fish and chips, but so much better! I highly recommend them.
