Left my cat at Kismet in xmas 2019/20 and never saw our cat again. Was told she escaped. Would definitely not recommend Kismet. No apology. No follow up. A devastating experience for me, my 3 kids and our poor rescue cat. We looked for her for months. Do not leave your pet here.

Without going into detail I would not recommend this business to anyone wishing to board their pet.
The kennel seemed very basic and you are not permitted to see the accommodation.??? something to hide???
I can say is that the owner/manager has no customer focus and is not flexible and willing to give consideration to individual situations.

On picking up our dog the manager was not willing to discuss our issues and simply tried to cut us off and ordered us out of the office as she walked away. The discussion we did have with her we found that contradicted her self and twisted around what we were saying to align with her point of view.

On arriving home we found our dog drank copious amounts and ate a full meal.??? how much food and water provided.

Anyway in short I will definitely not be using this business again and warn anyone else to do so cautiously.
