Kitchen Crew

The finished product these guys produced was good but their communication was pretty bad. We hired an architect to design our kitchen with the idea of including a few novel features in the design. On several occasions, the delivered product was completely different to the supplied designs, with no consultation with us or the architect. To their credit, they did fix one issue but other fundamental issues, such as NONE of the drawer sizes in the entire kitchen were to specification, remain unresolved. They didn't even have the courtesy to respond to multiple e-mails asking why this is the case. If you're getting these guys to design and install your kitchen, they're probably OK, but if you're getting someone else to design your kitchen for you, make sure you stay on top of these guys every step of the way...or use another company with better communication skills.
