We visited this showroom recently to enquire about having a kitchen made. The person we dealt with was rude, completely unhelpful and quite unpleasant. No matter though, we've been more than happy to take our time and money to another kitchen manufacturer who has been quite the opposite.

We had a kitchen Kreations perfectly fit our kitchen cabinetry in our 1940s timber frame house that had very bendy jarrah stud frame walls with floors to match. The cabinetry is a quality product and met our design brief.

I have just had a complete kitchen put in By kitchen kreations. I find it hard to believe the other comment I read about this fantastic and wonderful company. I read a review on this company prior to signing up, and after meeting kitchen kreations find it very hard to believe what we read. My wife and I have been to many kitchen showrooms over the past few months and were so happy the the way that Kitchen Kreations came to our assistance with there 3D design and design ideas in a very difficult kitchen to design. We were able to see our design before we even paid 1 cent for the kitchen ...what a life saver compared to some of the other kitchen company's we visited and paid for designs. We were able to see them after hours at there showroom on a Saturday for the initial brief .Then Jason was able to visit us one evening after work to view the design on his lap top in our home. After we tweaked the design and gave them the go ahead I was over whelmed by how smooth the whole process was...we didn't have to worry about a single thing. There were there on time , every time and the whole kitchen was gutted and replaced including the granite tops with in 1 week. I wish this company all the very best and would strongly recommend them to anybody who was even thinking about getting a new kitchen. Fantastic...wonderful .. brilliant ..what more can I say. They have change my house into a real home. Thank you Jason. Thank you Kitchen Kreations.

I have to agree with Bubba, We had a kitchen done 2 months ago and we cant say enough good things about this company. Pleasant to deal with and excellent quality of workmanship Real trades people are hard to find but I think this company must have them all. Would be more than happy to recommend . Our job took 2 weeks , but we had a lot of walls taken out. Over all we are very happy with the work done.

They are all nice and helpful to get you to buy their kitchen...but as soon as they have your money all service is out the window...our kitchen arrived with NO handles...I rang them straight away and they said "we hadn't ordered them" even though we have the paperwork that proves that we did...and why would they send out a kitchen if everything hadn't been finalised in the first place!!! the kitchen even arrived with no holes drilled for the handles...what company sends out a half finished kitchen....It has taken us 7 weeks to get someone out to drill them...and when they arrive they only have "3" handles...because the rest are on "backorder" - ...7 weeks and they still can't be organised....half the paint is dripping on the cabinet...when I told them about it the first day it arrived they said "don't worry about it - we'll come out to fix it"...now they say "tough luck - you have to bring in the whole thing back to us"...even though it's now attached to the wall.....
