In response, I can confirm that Kitchen Shack did use a carrier for a short period of time in 2014 that we found out later was not suitable for kitchen transportation and are confident that although we cannot be 100% it is most likely that your kitchen was delivery by this carrier.
For anyone reading this response I can confirm that Kitchen Shack switched to Allcare Transport later in 2014 and we have had no reported issues since regarding, the quality of their delivery service and or damage caused to our products as a result of poor handling.
