Late last year, we have our kitchen done by KitchensPlus, though it was not cheap, cost over $25,000 and the management promised to finished in two weeks once it started, it turned out more than a month to finish it. There are all little problems along the way, if not carefully checked, it is no way to get it reverse. eg, there was a large crak left on my tiles even they first promised to replace the old tile, by the time the tiler doing it, they just got lazy to leave it on and patched up a large crack. My water filter was installed wrongly, the turning switch was facing the wrong side. The bench cesore stone is stained easily, not as goog as promised. And more over, one of the big cupboard door fell off during opening, nearly hit my wife on her head. We reported this to them, more than two months, though everytime, they said there would be someone contact you to deal with the warranty repair, nothing is done. Very dissapointed, think if we should seek help or report to the Fair trading committe. Hope you guys wacth out this company and do not suffer the same as we did. Best regards Dan

Had an appointment booked for 12:30pm on Saturday well in advance (around 3 weeks) after seeing them at an expo. Was really looking forward to the quote as they were one of the only companies who would be able to undertake all of the renovations we needed done. I had a missed call to confirm appointment, which I returned and left a voicemail confirming the 12:30pm appointment that weekend. On saturday I was busy with other companies getting quotes etc, and wasn't able to answer my phone. I had another missed call with a voicemail stating "confirming our appointment at 12:30pm, if there are any issues let me know, otherwise I will see you then", to which I didn't respond as I was very much needing that quote. Half an hour later I had another missed call stating ' just confirming our appointment at 12:30pm' with a mobile number left. I messaged the number provided to confirm the 12:30 appointment. At 11:48am I received a message advising that 'we had an appointment for 12:30pm, unfortunately I haven't been able to make contact to confirm it with you, I can fit you in next week'. I rang immediately to advise that I had in fact confirmed my appointment twice, and that the messages didn't even say that I was to call back. I advised I needed that quote that day as I had other companies who had said they need me to get back to them by that afternoon. They then advised that they could fit me in on Monday morning at 9;30am to which I again advised that I needed the quote that day and that's why I had booked it for that day. Also - my husband and I work so 9:30am on a Monday morning is not suitable anyway. They said they were in Helensvale so instead of apologising and offering to come up for 1pm or 1:30pm, was not apologetic and kept saying that they couldn't get a hold of me. I advised I wanted to cancel the booking, which was very disappointing and rang the head office to make a complaint. They have yet to get back to me about it, and the reception staff could barely be bothered to try and pretend was bothered about it. All in all, a really bad experience and I would not recommend them to anyone as I don't think they would be reliable or trustworthy at all.
