The staff named Sarrelle from Kmart Caloundra displayed very good customer service. Her attention to detail was spot on and comes across that she really is passionate about her job.

Great kmart yes the staff do hide and it is a trouble to find them but great range of product resonable price and great rewards program

Love our local Kmart. Prices area always great, there's nothing wrong with the quality (no matter what the item), and they are always bringing in new stock. The Christmas range at the moment is fantastic and always changing. Heaps of household decor items are great prices.

Staff hide when need to find a product not very helpfull at this store they do have a good range of products buy some of my camping gear from here as it is my local kmart

I took the kids to Kmart a few days ago and gave them $5 each to buy mothers day presents with, I didn't know what they would end up with, but I think they did well, one got a magazine and a chocolate bar and the other got a vase, both nice presents. I also got a gift card, as I thought I would bring her down on mothers day and she can go shopping. It was good as it wasn't too busy when we were here, and the kids loved the serve yourself checkouts that are fairly new here.

i love kmart calondra, the staff always seem happy. they also have some great deals here. often have shoes and kids clothes reduced.

i had a bad experience with rude staff. stock unavailable and staff unwilling to help. i waited 15 minutes for someone to come and help me with a question about the bikes, they answered 3 phone calls while i was talking to them which was so very rude. i had a bad experience which left me with the thought i will not be going back to that store.
