Can't go past K-Mart Firle. Any excuse to go down there and pick up something and a good price. Got everything you need for the house and good toys for the pets. Friendly and helpful staff

Staff were really helpful during the recent toy sale and there was plenty of stock available. We were able to get everything we needed with relative ease and the store was well layed out and easy to navigate.

Went to Kmart at Firle and found the customer service person at the checkout was very friendly. I found that a lot of the customer service people were a little older and had much better experience in handling questions. They also had more manners and better communication. Many times I've shopped there and the young "after school job" girls were really not attentive or even greeted you when.

Purchased some pieces of male clothing. They are very reasonably priced but lack variety. Quality may be another issue, but you get what you pay for in the end. Store is also laid out properly and easy to get around.

Really love that this Kmart has always offered later opening hours during the week. Would be even better if it also did on the weekends. Have found a lot of sales within the store.

Love finding a bargain here, whether it is clothes, toys or other odds and ends. However they are always understaffed, and I don't recall ever seeing all registers in operation, even at Christmas or in the sales when it really is necessary.

The staff appeared to be stressed from work load and the store manager was obviously in a bad mood and unfortuently it appeared that he was belittling staff rather than being proactive towards staff members.
The store did have the toy I was looking for and the staff member in that area was very helpful with confirming this was the toy to be had by all boys.

Shop was untidy and very uninviting, stafff seemed to be under pressure through lack of numbers. feedback from staff is that the Store Manager is extremely rude and over demanding to staff and morale is very low
