Staff ready & waiting upon arrival, very friendly, asked (and listened) if I had any queries, provided timeframe and approximate cost, advised would call if any extra parts or service required. Received call when finished (on time), quote was a little under, advised when next service required, offered appointment (denied as selling car).

Really nice experience, normally hubbie does the service but Kmart Tyre & Auto were friendly, efficient and very professional, would recommend anytime.

Brought my car there because it is convenient but disappointed by service. Their regular service is $139, but they tried to get me to replace parts that were not necessary which made me feel like ripped off and uncomfortable. I ended up with over $600 bill. Will never go back again.
