Not exactly cheap, and a bit dubious too. I went there for a minor service and had the service manager call me to say that I needed a new battery and windscreen wipers....even though I had recently replaced BOTH!
Hmmm...I know business is tough, but thats not the way to get customers to spend more.

Have had a few quality issues here. My brakes still squeak after I asked them to fix them three times. Supposedly did the job but they are still squeaking badly. Also had a oil leak after a service, I don't think they changed the seal and that is why it leaked. Not very good really and they are not that reasonably priced.
Asked another mechanic about the brakes squeaking and was told they shouldn't. That Kmart might have used the wrong brake pads or cheap ones. Also that they might not have machined them right.
Very Convenient mechanic as they are attached to the Robina Town Centre and as I work there it makes it very easy to be able to drop off the car while shopping or working.
Last time I went there however I asked for a replacement alternator and that was all. They then proceeded to also replace my battery and charge me another $200 on top of the quoted price and they didn't ask me.
If I go there again I will be demanding I will not pay for anything above and beyond what I asked for.
