Went here so that my muffler could get fixed as it has come loose. This service was OK. However about 2 months later the same thing happened again as it was still under warranty I took it back so that they could fix it. Took them over 2 hours when was told would be finished in less than 1hr. When i got my car back they said parts needed replacing, but this was not covered and they fixed it so that it would hold for another 2-3 months. I decided to leave it as my car needed a full service in about a month anyway. However after 2 days it was making strange noises so I took it to my regular mechanic and as they put the car up the muffler fell out. Kmart had decided to fix my car with cable ties, which of course melted as the muffler gets hot!!! When calling Kmart to enquire as to why this was the case I was told I would receive a call from the manager, as he had no idea why this would have been done, it took 3 months of phone calls to finally get this sorted!

My hubby recently had his old car worked on here.
He was happy with the service, work and time it toke to fix the car.
He said he would be happy to return with his other old cars to get fixed.

I was told my car would take an hour and to come back then. I went back after one and a half hours only tro be told that they hadn't even started on my car- all with 2 little tired kids in tow. They were also misleading about how much it would cost.
