My daughter was in a lot of pain and booked an appointment on Wednesday. It wasn’t the practice she usually attends but she had been a patient there as a child. The receptionist was rude and condescending. My daughter rang to cancel the appointment as she felt uncomfortable. She asked to speak to the practice manager and was left on hold for a few minutes. When the ‘practice manager’ spoke to her, she was just as rude. I know it is hard for clinics now but at what point did you stop actually caring. Disgraceful!

this clinic is open 6 days a week. somedays are harder to get into than others. the doctors here are very clever in diagnosing any illness and if they are unsure they will correspond between each other to make sure they can diagnose correctly. they are very thorough and great with the kids.

Have been going here since I was a youngester. Service can be a little annoying when you sometimes wait over an hour for your appointment but generally a great doctor.

Been going here since i was very young. Great doctors with a wide varieties of knowledge & great with young, old & inbetween! Great female doctors for those of us ladies needing to see one of our own. My partner & alot of my family also go here. My mum was treated here by dr mathi while she had cancer. They were fantastic at organising everything with after care & anything we needed at all to help mum be more comfortable. Great with kids & awsome with any emergency situation.

Koo Wee rup medical centre is handy to have in town when you need to see a doctor. There are doctors there most days and they do provide a home service where needed as well.
