My daughter was in a lot of pain and booked an appointment on Wednesday. It wasn’t the practice she usually attends but she had been a patient there as a child. The receptionist was rude and condescending. My daughter rang to cancel the appointment as she felt uncomfortable. She asked to speak to the practice manager and was left on hold for a few minutes. When the ‘practice manager’ spoke to her, she was just as rude. I know it is hard for clinics now but at what point did you stop actually caring. Disgraceful!
