Write a reviewBought a Franklin X-factor from the team at Kratzmann Caravans Burpengary two years ago just when they first came out... The value for money was great with this van as it had all the options included as standard to bring down the cost. Everything went smoothly with delivery and they showed my wife and I how to use the caravan which was good since we are first time caravanners. Have had it serviced there twice and at Virginia once. Had a few minor warranty issues to which they rectifed with no hassles. Would recommend Kratzmann's Caravans if you are first time caravanners or ever "seasoned" as they take care of everything from beginning to end. Thanks.
