I bought my van from the Burpengary branch but since I have had a service on my van through the Virginia branch once and found that their service was friendly I though I would share it. Booked in with Rachael who went through the service and other questions we had. When we turned up there was no hassles and they came out to look at the van with my wife and I to run though our other items. They called 2 days after to let us know it was ready to pick up. Paid a bit more to have it serviced at Kratzmann's but well worth it. Great to deal with.

Bought a Franklin X-factor from the team at Kratzmann Caravans Burpengary two years ago just when they first came out... The value for money was great with this van as it had all the options included as standard to bring down the cost. Everything went smoothly with delivery and they showed my wife and I how to use the caravan which was good since we are first time caravanners. Have had it serviced there twice and at Virginia once. Had a few minor warranty issues to which they rectifed with no hassles. Would recommend Kratzmann's Caravans if you are first time caravanners or ever "seasoned" as they take care of everything from beginning to end. Thanks.
