I completely regret going with Kresta for blinds. We had problems right from the start because they had taken down the measurements and other details incorrectly on their ridiculously messy paperwork but we'd already paid a deposit so it was hard to back out. They took 6 months to install blinds and we had to get Consumer Affairs involved because they kept not installing the blinds properly (i.e. the blinds didn't actually go up and down, they installed blinds in the wrong rooms of the house and didn't install blinds in some rooms etc. etc.). The manager, sales reps, installers and ALL of the other employees at Kresta Coburg were rude and absolutely useless. The people at Kresta Head Office were hopeless as well. The blinds are not a superior product and the prices are not really cheaper, even if you do get what seems like a good quote from Kresta, run for the hills because they will do your head in for the next 6 months. Read reviews elsewhere, every customer has had a similar bad experience to mine from Kresta.
