Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

The Krispy Kreme donuts are the best! Literally. My favourite is the glazed...they taste sooo good.

The donuts are GREAT, the greatest in my opinion but the service was disgusting.
It really pulled my over all rating down for the pacific fair center's krispy kreme.

There was a line a mile long for about a month after Krispy Kreme opened in Pac Fair. We waited to the crowds died down and I have to say...don't hate me... but I just don't see what all the fuss is about! They are ok but not THAT good. We got a few different ones to share and I thought the Glazed Devils was kind of dry. The Original glazed was pretty good probably a 7/10. The Strawberry Creme filled was gross way too sweet. But I did rate the Choc Custard donut - it was pretty good. I'd maybe go back for one of them if I felt like a overindulgence (:

We tried these on our way home from holiday, we stopped at Pacfair in search of the warner bros store and starbucks, both of which are now gone and were delighted to find a krispy kreme, OMG they are the best doughnuts I have ever tried, we bought a dozen, 6 glased and 6 iced. Best eaten straigh away. They are light and fluffy, not too sweet or sticky and certainly no greasy feeling in your mouth or grains f sugar in your teeth afterwards. We loved them and will be getting the inlaws to bring us down a box when they head our way in a few weeks, only wish they delivered this far.
