I visited this salon after a recommendation from a friend. I had foils and a colour, they did an amazing job highly recommend this place all the girls were so nice and happy

I have been coming to Krome cutz for the last 15 years, staff and owners have always been great and they have contiously provided exceptional service and great pricing in this time to myself and the countless number of friends I have sent there. Hopefully I'll be getting my hair cut from this salon for the next 15 years. Keep up the good work guys. Not sure why Topanz would write something like that as that would never happen at this salon.

Went there last year (2013) and was 10mins late for my first time appointment which I apologised for as soon as I came in and to my surprise, got welcomed by glares and eye rolling from the staff who appeared to be the owner. Not only that, they booked in a 'walk in' customer to replace me on the assumption that I wasn't going to turn up. What happened to courtesy calls? You jot my number down for a reason. Had to wait another 15mins before another staff started on my hair. The end result was not what I asked for but decided to leave as it was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had at a hair salon. Only time I got spoken to was when I had to move; staff would chat amongst themselves and I had no choice but listen to their endless gossip. Highly NOT recommend this place at all. Seems like they only service well to those they know; if you're not a loyal client - don't bother!

It was my first time coming into Krome Cuts today and I was seen by Felicity. She is friendly, talkative (which is great as I'm a talker) made me feel like she really wanted me there rather than just to do her job. She has done a great job on my hair and I'm very satisfied with my experience. All the staff get along great, helping each other out. This is great to see!! I was looking for a permanent hair dressing salon and I have found my one thanks to Felicity. Seriously a gem hair salon in Deer Park.

Wow what a great salon! The refurb is simply stunning. Have to say Sammy is amazing and very profesional gets exactly what I want every time. Highly recommended.

I have been a very satisfied client of Krome Cutz for over ten years. All the hairdressers there are professionals and do a great job every time. I get great compliments on my hair from people everytime I get it done. I'm disappointed that somone posted a bad experience bc I know the girls would have offered to fix it if you weren't happy. If your looking for excellent hairdressersssers for the whole family, please don't let this negative experience of one person put you off, give them a go, you'll be glad you did.

I love getting my hair cut and coloured at this salon. I have been going for years and have always had exceptional service. The girls always work with me, either to refresh a current look or to create a whole new style when I'm ready. They are friendly, offer advice on styling so that I can get the salon look when I style my own hair at home and very affordable. I highly recommend this salon.

I went to Krome Cutz for the first time on Saturday 6th october 2012, needing me blonde hair re-done, with root touch up....what did I end up with bleach blonde roots with colour banding across my head as if some young kid had done it and then she had the nerve to still charge me $130....said if I wanted her to fix it I needed to come back and have foils put in my hair for an extra $80....needless to say that wasnt going to happen..Krome Cutz...you have a lot to answer for!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been visiting this hair salon since I was 15! I always get complimented on my locks, however I can not take the credit for it! Pete, Samie and rose are amazing! Thanks guys!
