My tax return was sent to a stranger on 3 occasions before KSR Partners admitted they had sent my tax to the wrong address. My address was provided and also available via the ATO. There's no excuse for this. No apology and no explanation other than an "error". Not only will I never give them my business again after such a major breach of my privacy, I would be vary wary of any business or individual trusting such lax service and attitudes with their private details and income.

I have been seeking reliable and affordable help with my tax and finances as a contractor for a long time and I met with Stuart at KSR in Camberwell this week. I am thrilled - he explained everything and was really understanding and helpful.
