My tax return was sent to a stranger on 3 occasions before KSR Partners admitted they had sent my tax to the wrong address. My address was provided and also available via the ATO. There's no excuse for this. No apology and no explanation other than an "error". Not only will I never give them my business again after such a major breach of my privacy, I would be vary wary of any business or individual trusting such lax service and attitudes with their private details and income.

Terrible. The agent who made my bookings went on leave weeks before I left without letting me know so my emails all went unanswered! Then the next agent was outbid office sick when I asked for last minute support and advice. Currently overseas with no responses to my emails. Wouldn't EVER use them again!

Belinda is a delight. She really listened to my ideas as well as providing swatches, images and giving suggestions to make sure I was happy with the designs I chose.
It is convenient to locate and park right outside the salon too!

I am thrilled with my new lashes. My technician was fabulous and friendly and went through exactly what would suit me. The rearranging of the appointment was a pain but that was a minor issue when I saw the gorgeous quality. The salon is beautiful - clean, white and super luxurious!
