Worst hair salon!! Really bad customer service, none of the staff smile or make the effort to be nice. They didn't listen to my needs. Charged me over $300 and completely ruined my hair by bleaching it too much. I asked for highlights in my Balayage and was given half a head of orange brassiness instead and was still expected to pay an arm and a leg. I don't even think anyone in there is fully qualified. They know nothing about using blonde/bleach colours. I felt like it was all just a guessing game. They don't care about their customers, all the owner cares about is ripping people off and making money. Disgraceful! I'm so disappointed with my hair.

From the moment I sat down I knew my haircut would be great. Lee is a great hairdresser and gave very good honest advice about what I should have done. Very happy thank you and I highly recommend her!

I had my hair washed, cut & blow dried for the first time by Anna. I really liked the hair wash and conditioning massage - no hair pulling or awkward massage movements. Anna was fast and very friendly. The only downside was that the blow dry was a bit rushed so I had to straighten it when I got home but otherwise great and will return.

they know exactly how to cut hair, my whole family goes to this hair dresser and people always compliment on how great our hairs look.
