We get take-away from this restaurant all the time -- it is the best take-away pizza we have had by far!!!!
The pizzas are very authentic Italian -- anyone who's been to Italy will know that real pizzas are not overloaded with 10 cm thick shredded ham, etc, but instead quite scant but really tasty and fresh toppings -- this is how La Francesca make theirs, and they are SOOOO good.
Other menu items have also been fantastic -- we've had chicken parmigiana which was yummy and served with a generous helping of fresh seasonal vegies, and really good potato wedges.
As for the service....well, to be greeted by name and farewelled with a big smile and "Ciao bella!" just takes the cake. Fantastic!

Fantastic little Italian restaurant, one of the best woodfire pizzas I've ever tasted. Also has really good pastas and veal dishes, the best thing was there was no corkage charge for our wine. highly recommended.

We'd been disappointed with the neighbourhood Italian restaurants until finding La Francesca. It's bit more expensive than others in the area but the price matches the quality - best ingredients and most authentic Italian pizza we've had anywhere near this area. Service is great too.

Good woodfire pizzas, very friendly service and a nice intimate environment. Only new but up there with the strong competetion in the local area, I quite enjoyd that italian meal i got there and was reasonably priced, in all very nice.
