Service was average, steak was burnt, quite expensive

Good service and nice ambiance, however food was average. We went there with colleagues and the service was good, even they can also make as per the customer's needs & requirement. However, the food was not up to my expectation.

my new favourite fancy restaurant for special occasions. very delicious foods, good serving size. however it is quite pricey so not for every day meals.

The atmosphere is amazing!!
I love the cozy feel. It food was a bit overpriced and not too amazing but it was nice. If you want a nice weekend meal i would pay a visit. :)

Used La Grillade for an industry dinner for about 20 of us. They organized a special set menu for us with a good selection of foods. Very friendly and efficient service. My only negative comment (which is only relevant for big parties) is that they charge in full for any cancellations (we had 1 @ $69) and also add 10% service charge across the whole bill - on the night this added up to close to $250, which was somewhat over the top.

they cook the steaks right in view of everyone here and they do make a terrific french style cuisine with juicy thick steaks made to perfection. very rustic quaint restaurant . service is good and value is fair considering the quality of food. has been here for years and still packs a great punch

Superb food, from the superior steaks to the french cuisine. A stalwart of the lower North Shore dining scene, this restaurant is located in a charming cottage. This is a special occasion restaurant.
