This furniture store has many beautiful lush decorating items as well as gorgeous furniture. Wandering around here my wish list grew to huge proportions. I will be back!

I used to stand at the bus stop outside this store and peer in the windows while waiting for a bus. Finally one day I went in and came out with a coffee table! It's a beautiful oriental table, both practical and gorgeous. Staff lovely and helpful, as the store was just closing as I bought my table, they delivered it straight away at no charge!

This shop is a virtual Aladdin's Cave of old furniture, everything from tables and chairs to cabinets, bookcases and everything in between. They make their own tables from recycled timber (I bought one of these and love it). Their website also lists all the items they have in stock. Very helpful staff and great delivery service.

This second hand book shop is full of hidden treasurers. A huge range of items is available, from the latest trashy novels to biographies and hardcovers. The usual half-back service is available, but the prices are so good you can buy things for your home library here.

This is an excellent bookshop, with a great range of books, from the hugely popular, to the eclectic. Well laid out, this bookshop also has a beautiful range of cards and wrapping paper, that would be hard to find elsewhere. The service is great, if they don't have a book, they happily order it in.
