This restaurant is quite big and caters for a large group for a business or work function lunch or dinner. The prices are not bad and customer service is generally pretty good. The salads are pretty good, but the pizzas sometimes is too cheesy which leaves a bad after taste in your mouth. Have ordered a salad over the phone making special requests to leave a specific ingredient out, but they have ignored my request and included it in my meal anyway, much to my annoyance of waiting for the salad to be re-made with the right ingredients.

Great if you're in the box hill area and feel like some Italian but its not something that is amazing or anything. Looks quite empty especially during lunchtime, and there's this one particular waiter who half heartedly serves you and does not listen to your requests nor take down your orders properly- he gave me a different sauce in the pasta to the one I ordered. Alright cost I guess

The restaurant is a bit old and needs renovation, but it's not that bad. The service is ok, you don't see waitresses around that much. The pasta to me does not have enough flavour, as it lacks some salt. The price is not so cheap as well.

Pizza's are very oily, bases are thick and not crisp. Have been there 4 times in the past 12 months, (because of kids sports team parties) each time we have ordered Granita, each time the machine has been broken?

Place needs to be refurbished, both staff and decor. I will never go back there.

Ok, yes it's a chain food outlet, however the store is in the heart of Box Hill and has some amazing deals at lunch time $6.90 for ANY small pizza and can of drink or $7.90 for ANY entree pasta and can of drink - can't go wrong with that. Serving size is generous and the prices are reasonable. Entree size pastas are really enough for two to share and even calzone entree provides you with two pieces where other La Porhettas only provide one as an entree.

Approximate cost: $10

find the staff to be up themselves and rude. the two men there have such attitudes and they service was extremely slow, waited an excessive amount of times for food, ended up walking out

Approximate cost: $20

A spontaneous decision brought a group of us to have lunch here a while ago. I had a carbonara which was delicious AND most importantly it was NOT oily. My Friends had some amazing looking pizza, which they equally seemed to enjoy. The atmosphere was buzzing - turnover was high - staff were pleasant tho a little rushed. <With any luck this rating will be #5900 overall hehe>

Absolutely atrocious. Pizza is oily, soaking base. Asked for Granita drink, staff informed me that the machine was broken, we have been there 4 times in the past 12 months, the machine has been broken every time.
Staff and food quality is poor.
