Awesome team and service! Food is amazing, fresh and fast. Function area upstairs is very spacious and is perfect for any event.

theres so many restaurants on keilor road, there's not really any reason to go here. cheap and average food, more like a fast food place compared to the other restaurants on the street. try biagios or tin roof if you want proper food.

Quick service, hot pizzas with good toppings. Pastas also exceptionally tasty. takeaway order is always right, and I find this to be an exceptional pizza for takeways.

the customer service here is so bad. i used to be a regular here but the staff are unresponsive and quite frankly, rude. They have great tasting food though. best pizzas in town. Just lacking a bit on the service.

Food is ok here if your not planning to make a night of it. The staff leave a lot to be desired. They have no customers skills at all, and service is pathetically slow. It doesn't seem to matter if you make a negative remark to someone in authority, obviously customer feedback is not important to them

There is no denying that La Porchetta offers value for money but on the customer service scale...? Awful, just awful. I'd prefer to pay extra for my pizza rather than put up with the lack of service, especially when you choose to dine-in.
A small group of friends and I went just after Christmas. We all had a meal and then were left for some time without anyone even coming near us. Eventually we had to flag someone down to place a dessert and coffee order. When the dessert arrived, the wrong one was brought out - I pointed this out to the staff member who went back to the kitchen area and then returned to tell me that "this is what you have to have because there's been a problem". (The server had dropped the Lemon Tart). I wasn't offered a choice or an apology or any explanation at all. I would have happily ordered something else from the menu if it had been offered. Only a small thing, so we paid and left, but I thought I'd e-mail them in the interests of constructive feedback and staff training. I feel sorry for the junior staff, who obviously get very little in the way of customer service training or complaint management up-skilling. (No point in whinging if you don't do anything about it!) I e-mailed the Niddrie strore directly - the response? The in-box couldn't receive the correspondence as it was too full. This suggests that they never even check for customer feedback. Next, I e-mailed the head office. I've done this twice now and haven't even received an acknowledgement. I'd been a customer long before they turned into a franchise and I do concede that the food, whilst basic, is very nice and good value but I refuse to set foot in the place until I get a response. I'm also discouraging family, friends and colleagues from patronising La Porchetta.

What can I say, cheap but cheerful. Pizzas are tasty and they have alot of toppings. You have to wait sometimes for a while if you order take away pizza, but other than that great value for money.

this place is such a good eat! i have been so many times and always happy with service and especially value. all of the la porchetta restaurants i have been to are as good as this one

great pizzas, pastas and also the other food, i love eating here its always fast and yummy food i love eating here i love the garlic pizzas and also you are very cheap so its great for something cheap to eat, also eating outside is great in summer
